757 Collab catalyzes the 757's startup ecosystem by supporting founders with incubation, acceleration, and capital. I’m working with them on state, federal, and foundation grant writing and administration and supporting their team with strategic insight. Marketing help includes creating their monthly newsletter and setting strategy for social media.
Virginia’s Gateway Region
VGR is the nonprofit regional economic development organization that collectively markets nine localities in Virginia and fosters regional prosperity through business growth, powerful partnerships and delivering innovative resources to its communities. I’m working with them to win grant funding to support business growth and job creation.
GROW Capital Jobs
As the lead support organization for GO Virginia Region 4, GROW Capital Jobs works to improve the Commonwealth’s economy by increasing the number of high paying, private sector jobs. I work with them on behalf of many clients submitting grants. I also supported the 2025 update of the region’s Growth and Diversification Plan and helped get Energy named as a priority cluster for the region.

Activation Capital engages and connects the many influential players in Richmond’s innovation ecosystem, and strives to give startup founders access to the tools and resources they need to navigate the entrepreneurial process. I’ve helped them with grant writing to ensure they can continue to connect the regional ecosystem’s assets and support the people taking their ideas “from start to phenomenal.”
Virginia Restaurant, Lodging & Travel Association
VRLTA acts as the unified voice for the Commonwealth’s hospitality and tourism industries. My tenure of over two years included revamping their main website, supporting three other sites, managing communications, social media, and graphic design. Key support was offered during the pandemic. I helped them transition to a full-time staffer to meet their growing needs, and still consult on occasional projects.
Keep Virginia Beautiful
The mission at Keep Virginia Beautiful is to engage and unite Virginians to improve our natural and scenic environment, through a shared responsibility to end littering, improve recycling and beautify communities. I worked with their staff to update the strategic plan, develop funding ideas, and lay the groundwork for their new, incoming Executive Director.
GOOD NEIGHBOR VILLAGE
Good Neighbor Village provides a residential opportunity in a community setting for adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities. My work has focused on understanding current needs and planning for the future through intensive strategic planning work as they navigate changes in both leadership and focus, plus supporting their new Executive Director.
NOVA of Virginia Aquatics
NOVA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit swim club, serving swimmers from lessons to Masters. My extensive work with them, first as an employee and then a consultant, focused on strategic planning, communications, revenue generation, and fundraising.

DEIC is an innovation center that supports early-stage, advanced technology companies in energy and climate tech by providing them with the collaborative space, guidance, and resources needed to accelerate their growth. Our work together has focused on assessing strategic needs and crafting a plan for success as well as fundraising planning, grant writing, and marketing.
Venture central
Venture Central serves and strengthens the Charlottesville-area entrepreneurial community by building and bridging connections, programs, funding, and spaces. It supports programs and projects that fuel the innovation economy in Central Virginia. My work with the organization centers on building funding pathways and sourcing funds for their food and beverage accelerator project.
AI Ready RVA
Their mission is to cultivate AI literacy in the Greater Richmond Region through awareness, community engagement, education, and advocacy. The organization operates as a collaborative network, connecting individuals and organizations across sectors to drive AI innovation and foster economic development. I’m helping them build a funding strategy and secure funding for various key initiatives.

Lighthouse Network has been Investing In The Lives of Founders™ since 2012 - when they launched their pilot accelerator program with a few teams and some big dreams. Since then, they’ve worked with hundreds of founders. My work over three years provided strategic guidance and marketing assistance, and helped them raise funds to support their alumni programs through grant writing efforts.
Startup Virginia
SVA is a nonprofit high-growth business incubator and entrepreneurial hub where innovators can learn, collaborate, and grow. They serve startup companies with an expansive network of mentors, investors, corporate partners, and donors, plus holistic programming, a dynamic workspace, and free entrepreneurial education. My work with them focused on marketing efforts as well as grant writing and management.
Virginia Green Travel Alliance
Virginia Green is the state's voluntary partnership program to encourage green practices in tourism. As a partnership between Virginia Tourism Corporation, the Virginia DEQ, Virginia State Parks, and VRLTA, VGTA educates the industry and engages consumers. My work with VGTA focused on strategic planning and grant research and writing.

NASWVA is a professional association serving social workers in Virginia and Washington DC. As the first client of Seed to Sprout, and a client for more than two years, I helped the organization improve member communications, enhance member value, and increase non-dues revenue. Work also included conference planning and execution.
